WHO WE ARE
History
In 2007, Stephen Strosin and Paul Barnaby, two filmmakers from Los Angeles, set out to photograph real estate in order to help fund their feature-length documentary. It didn’t take long before Stephen and Paul realized the potential and need for great digital marketing materials for the world of real estate. With 20 collective years of experience in advertising, photography, and film-making, they believed that their unique approach could elevate and re-define the look and way in which real estate is presented to the buyer. To this day, our pursuit continues to focus on bringing our clients beautiful, professional photography and innovative marketing materials.
Philosphy
We believe in a very simple philosophy: create the best looking and most effective marketing materials, while making the process quick, easy, and affordable for our clients. Our goal is to provide you with beautiful photography and designer marketing materials that will elevate you and your listing to the top of the competition. We also understand your time is valuable, and as a busy realtor, you hold many responsibilities. This is why we strive to improve and innovate our system in order to simplify the process of successfully marketing and selling your properties.
Methodology
We pride ourselves in how we offer our services.
Our professional photographers use high-end cameras, lenses, and their extensive experience to capture all the varying spaces of architecture and real estate. Through our own unique process of HDR, and professional photo-enhancement, we ensure the successful and flattering capture of both exterior and interior lighting situations.
Our designer marketing materials are unlike anything offered today. Our range of property websites and other marketing materials are designed to suit your specific listing and marketing sensibility. We continue to ensure that our digital marketing materials are cross-platform compatible in order to keep up with the ever evolving digital landscape. Which means your listing will always look great whether it’s viewed on a computer, a tablet, or a smart phone.
